Gilbert and Evans is Simon Gilbert and Helen Evans. We’re a wedding photography partnership that specialises in unobtrusive, documentary style photography. We like to capture all of the moments that the Bride and Groom are too busy, or too involved in, to see for themselves.
Our approach is remarkably simple- we always photograph the whole day, from the Bride getting ready in the morning through to the evening party, and we present our images in the very best quality albums. For us, it’s all about telling the story.
We love our job and we work constantly to develop our skills because photographing a wedding isn’t something where good enough will do!
We work nationally and internationally but spend most of our time in the South West UK- Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Wiltshire, Avon, South Wales.
